Curt Bolton Construction Manager, has served the Marine Industry as a Harbor Master and specialty Marine Contractor for over 30 years. Curt managed the construction of Grand Marina in Alameda where he was also responsible for the manufacture and installation of floating concrete docks creating one of the largest marinas in the Oakland Estuary. Curt’s experience with Marine Construction in the Western United States and Mexico, Mediterranean and Carribean brings a “hands on” approach to the Clausen Engineers’ Marine Team. Curt manages the 25 year old Construction Management Program allowing Clausen Engineers to offer full Construction Management services to all specialties in the Marine Industry. Curt is a member of the Encinal Yacht Club as well as the Port Captains and Harbormasters Association, Northern California Marine Association and Marine Retailers Associations.

Burch Greene began working as a structural engineer for Clausen Engineers after receiving a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Columbia University in 2009. His time studying in New York City was preceded by four years of education at The University of Puget Sound, in Washington State, where he received a degree in Physics. While in Washington State, Burch spent two years working as a Contractor at Risk. Other industry experience includes working for two Bay Area Contractors providing in-field construction services between the ages of eleven and twenty.
